* The Hotel may at anytime charge the guests credit card for the first night of the booking 

*Invalid credit card details will result in cancellation of the booking

*Non-Smoking Policy -The Takapuna Motor Lodge is a non-smoking hotel and has a 'no smoking' policy in all rooms. Smoking is permitted outdoors .

*Non-Refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified at any stage after the booking is confirmed
